1. Inside SendGrid's Design Editor, go to the left-side panel and tap the 'Build' tab.

2. Select 'Image' from the available options. Grab and drag the module to the main workspace and place it in your preferred section.

3. Following that, click the 'Choose Images to Upload' and then import the photo you want to use. Select the actual video thumbnail or any image related to the video you want to embed.

4. Once done, click 'Insert Image' to proceed.

5. Go back to the Build tab afterwards, then select 'Button'. Drag the module to the main workspace and place it right below the video thumbnail.

6. Subsequently, configure the Button Module Styles based on your preferences. Specify your the 'Button Text' and 'Button URL'. As for the latter, provide the URL of the video you want to embed.

7. Edit the default design of the button according to your liking. For instance, you may change the background color, button width and height, border style, and more.

8. Once done, navigate to the main workspace and review the thumbnail.

9. Finally, tap 'Save' to apply the changes.
