1. Log in to your Klaviyo account and go to the 'Sign-up forms'.

2. Click 'View templates' to create an embed form.

3. Select 'Embed' as your form type.

4. Browse and select from the templates.

5. After designing, click 'Publish'.

6. Klaviyo will give you an HTML embed code. Click 'Copy' to embed Klaviyo in Shopify.

7. Go to Shopify Admin, click 'Online Store'.

8. Click 'Pages' to edit the page where you want the form to show up.

9. Click 'Show HTML (<> icon)' in the rich text editor.

10. Paste the Klaviyo form embed code where you want the form to appear.

11. Click 'Save' to apply changes.
