1. Begin by creating a new email.

2. Click "Design Email" to enter the email editor.

3. Select a template for your email.

4. Within the email editor, access the "Content" tab and drag a "Video" content block into your email layout.

5. Open the video content block and paste the URL of the desired video into the "Source" field.

6. Preview your email to ensure everything looks and functions as expected.
