How to enable email tracking on sendgrid

Guide

1. Go to Settings > Tracking in the left sidebar.

2. Find Open Tracking among the tracking options.

3. Toggle the switch to "Enabled" to enable open tracking.

4. For viewing open tracking results, navigate to Stats > Global Stats in the left sidebar.

5. You can filter by date range, categories, or other parameters.

6. You can also Export out the open stats as a CSV.
