How to establish user access levels in salesforce

  1. Go to Setup in the top right corner.

  2. In the Quick Find box, enter "Permission Sets" and select it.

  3. Create a new set by clicking on New.

  4. Label: Give your permission to set a clear name (e.g., "Sales User Permissions").

  6. Scroll down to find System Permissions.

  7. Click on System Permissions.

  8. Select the specific permissions users with this set will have (e.g., "Create Leads," "Edit Opportunities").
