1. Inside your HubSpot dashboard, click on Contacts.

2. From the dropdown, select Contacts again.

3. Click on the contact you wish to export the data for.

4. Then, click on Actions.

5. From the dropdown, select Export contact data.

6. Be sure to check both the Contact Activities and Associations boxes here. Finally, hit Export at the bottom.

7. This is the success message you'll receive and you'll receive your data export in your email.
