How to Export Zendesk Tickets as CSV



Guide

  1. Navigate to the left-side panel, then click 'Views'.

  2. Following that, select the specific category of tickets you want to export.

  3. Head over to the top-right corner afterwards and click 'Actions'.

  4. Choose 'Export as CSV' from the list of options.

  5. After completing these steps, the tickets will be exported instantly to your registered email address.
