1. Navigate to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.

2. Select 'Integrations' from the list of options.

3. Subsequently, click 'App Store' to proceed.

4. Search for 'Appointy' and select it from the suggested results.

5. After that, click 'Install Now'.

6. Tap 'Link Existing Account' and then log in to your active Appointy account.

7. Following that, click 'Authorize Access' to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.

8. After completing these steps, the Appointy integration with Intercom will be facilitated successfully.
