How to Find 404 errors on Google Search Console?

  1. Select the property (website) for which you want to find 404 errors.

  2. Choose the "Pages" option under "Indexing".

  3. Click the "Not indexed" tab.

  4. Scroll down to the "Why pages aren’t indexed" section and choose "Not found (404)" reason.

  5. Here you will get a list of all the URLs that returned a 404 error.

  6. You can export the list in your preferred format or get a shareable link.

  7. Click "Page Indexing" to return to the main menu.

  8. Choose "Soft 404" reason and repeat the process to export or share the error list.
