How to Find the Audio Library on YouTube Studio

Go to the left-side panel, then click 'Audio Library'.
After that, tap the 'Music' or 'Sound Effects' tab.
Hover your mouse cursor over the audio file and click the 'Play' button beside it if you want to listen.
On the one hand, tap 'Download' if you wish to save a copy to your local device and use the audio file in your projects.
