How to Forward a Ticket in Zendesk

  1. Go to the left-side panel and click 'Views'.

  2. Select the specific ticket you want to forward to another user.

  3. After that, head over to the message box and then click 'CC'.

  4. Type the name or contact information of the selected user.

  5. Subsequently, write a reply informing the recipient that you're about to forward a ticket.

  6. Finally, click 'Submit' to proceed.

  7. After completing these steps, the selected Zendesk ticket will be forwarded instantly to the intended recipient.
