How to Get Balloon Reactions on Zoom

On Zoom's main dashboard, create or join a new meeting.
Following that, go to the menu bar and click 'Reactions'.
Tap the 'More' icon afterwards.
Search for 'Balloon' and select it from the provided results.
After completing these steps, the balloon icon will appear as your reaction during the meeting.
