How to Get Electronic Signatures in PandaDoc



Guide

  1. Navigate to the 'Documents' tab on the left-hand panel.

  2. Click an existing document.

  3. Enter the email addresses of the individuals who need to sign the document.

  4. Select the 'Signature' field.

  5. Drag and drop the 'Signature' field into the document where signatures are required.

  6. Adjust the document layout, add additional fields, or include prefilled text.

  7. Click on the eye icon to view the document and make sure it looks good.

  8. The signature field will automatically be applied to the document.

  9. Click 'Send' to distribute the document to recipients for electronic signing.

  10. Choose how to send the document to the designated recipients for signing.
