How to Highlight the Text in Adobe Acrobat

Head over to the left-side corner and access the floating bar. From there, click the 'Highlight Selected Text' icon.
Choose 'Highlight' from the list of options.
After that, navigate to the PDF page you wish to edit and then highlight the text using your mouse cursor.
Finally, the selected text will be highlighted.
