1. From the dashboard, click the green 'Post a Job' button.

2. Enter a clear job title.

3. Include any relevant skills.

4. Estimate the scope of your work.

5. Specify the expertise level and choose from the options below.

6. Select the type of job such as 'Hourly' or 'Fixed Price'.

7. Set your budget range.

8. If you find potential candidates, send them an invitation to apply for your job by clicking 'Message'.

9. Select 'Send Message'.

10. Enter your message in the empty field to discuss their proposal for your job.

11. Click 'Hire' to finalize the contract.
