1. Inside Constant Contact's email editor, head over to the left-side panel and find the 'Image' block. Drag it to the main workspace for further customization.

2. Tap the image block afterwards.

3. Following that, go to the floating bar right above the workspace and click 'Replace'.

4. Select or upload the image you want to use.

5. Once done, click 'Insert' to proceed.

6. After completing these steps, the selected image file will be inserted into your Constant Contact email.
