Go to the left-side corner and access the floating menu bar. From there, click the 'Fill in Form Fields' icon.
Choose 'Checkmark' from the list of options.
After that, head over to the PDF page and click on the specific spot where you wish to place the tick mark.
Use the resize and delete icons to make a few adjustments.
After completing these steps, the tick mark will be added to the PDF page.
