1. Log in to Zapier, click on "Create," and then select "Zaps" to get started.

2. Click "Trigger" to proceed.

3. Search for "Asana" to set it as Trigger App.

4. Choose an event under Asana.

5. Sign in to your Asana account then click "Continue."

6. Complete and customize the required fields to proceed.

7. Click "Test trigger."

8. Select "Continue."

9. Search and select "Formstack" as the action app.

10. Choose an event under Formstack.

11. Sign in to your Formstack account, then hit “Continue.”

12. Complete and customize the required fields to proceed.

13. Click “Test step.”

14. After testing the step, click "Publish" to complete the integration.
