1. Log in to Zapier, click on "Create," and then select "Zaps" to get started.

2. Click "Trigger" to proceed.

3. Search for "Asana" to set it as Trigger App.

4. Choose an event under Asana.

5. Sign in to your Asana account then click "Continue."

6. Choose a value under "Workspace/ Organization" then click "Continue" to proceed.

7. Click "Test trigger."

8. Choose a Project then click "Continue with selected record."

9. Search and select "Smartsheet" as the action app.

11. Login to your Smartsheet account, then click "Continue."

12. Complete and customize the required fields to proceed.

13. After testing, click "Publish" to complete the integration.

14. By following these steps, you can integrate Asana with Smartsheet, enabling seamless task management and collaboration across both platforms.
