1. Log in to Zapier, click on "Create," and then select "Zaps" to get started.

2. Click "Trigger" to proceed.

3. Search for "Calendly" to set it as Trigger App.

4. Choose a trigger event.

5. Sign in to your Calendly account and click "Continue."

6. Select “Webhook subscription scope” then hit "Continue."

7. Click “Test trigger.”

8. Select "Continue."

9. Search and select "Airtable" as the action app.

10. Choose an event under Airtable.

11. Login to your Airtable account then click "Continue."

12. Complete and customize the required fields, then select "Continue."

13. Click “Test step.”

14. Select "Publish" to complete the integration.

15. Completing these steps will integrate Calendly with Airtable, boosting your content management and productivity.
