1. Log in to Zapier, click on "Create," and then select "Zaps" to get started.

2. Click "Trigger" to proceed.

3. Search for "Calendly" to set it as Trigger App.

4. Choose a trigger event, then sign in to your Calendly account.

5. Enter a "Webhook subscription scope."

6. Click “Test trigger.”

7. Select “Continue.”

8. Search and select “Klaviyo" as the action app.

9. Choose an action event, then click "Sign in" to continue.

10. Click "Allow" to grant Zapier access to your Klaviyo.

11. After signing in to Klaviyo, click “Continue.”

12. Complete and customize the required fields to continue.

13. Click “Test step.”

14. Select "Publish" to complete the integration.

15. Completing these steps will integrate Calendly with Klaviyo, boosting your content management and productivity.
