1. Log in to Zapier, click on "Create," and then select "Zaps" to get started.

2. Click "Trigger" to proceed.

3. Search for "Calendly" to set it as Trigger App.

4. Choose a trigger event, then sign in to your Calendly account.

5. Enter a "Webhook subscription scope."

6. Click “Test trigger.”

7. Select “Continue.”

8. Search and select “Monday.com" as the action app.

9. Choose an action event, then click "Sign in" to continue.

10. You will be redirected to Monday.com to generate your API. Go to your profile picture, then click on "Developers."

11. Select "My access tokens."

12. Click "Show."

13. Click "Copy" to copy the API Token.

14. Paste your API Key then select "Yes, Continue to monday.com."

15. Select your Board ID.

16. Click “Test step.”

17. Select "Publish" to complete the integration.

18. Completing these steps will integrate Calendly with Monday.com, boosting your content management and productivity.
