1. Log in to Zapier, click on "Create," and then select "Zaps" to get started.

2. Click "Trigger" to proceed.

3. Search for "Calendly" to set it as Trigger App.

4. Choose a trigger event.

5. Sign in to your Calendly account and click "Continue."

6. Select "Webhook subscription scope," then click "Continue."

7. Click “Test trigger.”

8. Select “Continue.”

9. Search and select “Microsoft Office 365" as the action app.

10. Choose an action event, then click "Sign in."

11. Choose your Microsoft account to continue.

12. Click "Accept" to grant access.

13. Complete and customize the required fields to continue.

14. Click “Test step.”

15. Select "Publish" to complete the integration.

16. Completing these steps will integrate Calendly with Office 365, boosting your content management and productivity.
