1. Log in to Zapier, click on "Create," and then select "Zaps" to get started.

2. Click "Trigger" to proceed.

3. Search for "Calendly" to set it as Trigger App.

4. Choose a trigger event.

5. Sign in to your Calendly account and click "Continue."

6. Select a "Webhook subscription scope" then “Continue.”

7. Click “Test trigger.”

8. Select "Continue."

9. Search and select “Podio" as the action app.

10. Choose an action event.

11. Select “Grant access.”

12. After signing in to your Podio account, click “Continue” to proceed.

13. Complete and customize the required fields to continue.

14. Click “Test step.”

15. Select "Publish" to complete the integration.

16. Completing these steps will integrate Calendly with Podio, boosting your content management and productivity.
