1. Log in to Zapier, click on "Create," and then select "Zaps" to get started.

2. Click "Trigger" to proceed.

3. Search for "Calendly" to set it as Trigger App.

4. Choose a trigger event, then sign in to your Calendly account.

5. Enter a "Webhook subscription scope."

6. Click “Test trigger.”

7. Select “Continue.”

8. Search and select “Zoho CRM" as the action app.

9. Choose an action event, then click "Sign in" to continue.

10. Select your Zoho account domain.

11. Click "Accept" to grant Zapier access to your Zoho account.

12. After signing in to Zoho, click “Continue.”

13. Complete and customize the required fields to continue.

14. Click “Test step.”

15. Select "Publish" to complete the integration.
