1. In your Buffer dashboard, click on “Create Post.”

2. Select a post by clicking " + New Idea."

3. Enter the title and body of your new post.

4. Click on the “Add Image/Video” button.

5. Select "Canva."

6. You will be redirected to Canva. There, you can pick a design or template to add to your Buffer post.

7. Select "Add to Buffer."

8. Click "Save Idea."
