How to Integrate Coda with Zoom



Guide

  1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin.

  2. Click "Trigger."

  3. Search for Coda and select it.

  4. Choose a trigger event, such as "New Row" or "Updated Row."

  5. Connect your Coda account.

  6. Select the doc and table you want to track.

  7. Click "Test trigger" to ensure Zapier detects the data correctly.

  8. Add Zoom as the Action App.

  9. Select an action event, such as "Create Meeting", "Add Webinar Registrant", or "Create Recording Transcript."

  10. Connect your Zoom account.

  11. Fill in the required details, such as Meeting Type, Date/Time, and Duration.

  12. Map Coda fields (e.g., Meeting Title, Description, Date, Duration) to Zoom fields.

  13. Run a test to verify the integration works correctly.

  14. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
