How to Integrate Dialogflow CX with Telephony



Guide

  1. Head over to the left-side panel, then click the 'Manage' tab.

  2. Select 'Integrations' from the list of options.

  3. Under the One-Click Telephony section, select the app you want to use and tap its corresponding 'Connect' button.

  4. Come up with a unique display name for the integration, then enter it into the provided input field.

  5. Subsequently, specify your preferred 'Environment' and 'Language'.

  6. Finally, click 'Add' and then log in to your account. Once connected, you can now configure the connection settings based on your preference.
