Guide

1. Go to the Freshdesk Dashboard and click on "Marketplace," located at the top right of the window.

2. Click "Marketplace Apps" and search "Trello" on the search bar.

3. The Trello app should be installed in Freshdesk for $3 per agent/month. Click "Try for free" to continue.

4. Click on the "Install" button to proceed. Without the Trello app, the Freshdesk Power-up won’t work.

5. Click "Allow" to grant Freshdesk access to your Trello account.

6. Go to your Trello account and click on the board you want to connect with Freshdesk under "Your boards."

7. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the board.

8. Select "Power Ups" under the "Menu" tab.

9. Search for "Freshdesk" and click on "Add."

10. Click on "Add" to complete the integration in Trello with Freshdesk.
