1. Go to the left-side panel, then click 'Create'.

2. Choose 'Zaps' from the list of options.

3. After that, click the 'Trigger' tab to start the integration process.

4. Search for 'Google Calendar' and pick it from the recommended matches.

5. Next, specify your preferred 'Trigger Event'.

6. Tap 'Sign In' afterwards, then log into your active Google account.

7. Subsequently, read the terms and then click 'Allow' to grant the necessary permissions.

8. Provide the information needed to configure the Trigger accordingly.

9. Once done, click 'Continue' to run your input and test the Trigger.

10. Select the specific record you wish to use, then tap 'Continue With Selected Record'.

11. Following that, search for 'Hootsuite' and select it as the Action app.

12. Next, click the drop-down menu and pick the specific 'Action Event' you want to carry out.

13. Click 'Sign In' afterwards and log into your Hootsuite account.

14. Subsequently, click 'Allow' to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.

15. One by one, fill out the input fields with the required details and files associated with the integration.

16. Once done, click 'Continue' to publish the integration.

17. After completing these steps, your Google Calendar and Hootsuite accounts will be integrated based on your input.
