1. Navigate to Settings on the top right.

2. Under General, find the Email tab. Click the Connect button.

3. Select Connect personal Email.

4. Turn on inbox automation and hit the Connect button.

5. Enter your Email ID to set up your account.

6. Click on Connect to Gmail button to initiate connection process.

7. Hit Continue.

8. Choose your account.

9. Allow access to HubSpot.

10. Download Extension to directly access HubSpot through your email inbox.

11. Based on what you use, select between Extension for Gmail or Outlook.
