1. Head over to App Marketplace on the top right. (store icon)

2. Search for "Freshdesk" (by HubSpot) in the search bar and select it.

3. Hit the Install app button to start the installation.

4. Hit Next in the Pop up box that appears.

5. You will be asked to enter your subdomain and API key from your Freshdesk account

6. You can find your Freshdesk subdomain in the address bar of your Freshdesk account.

7. And you can find the API key in the Profile icon (top-right)>Profile settings.

8. Click on the View API Key button on the top right to view the key.

9. Copy the key.

10. Paste the subdomain and API key obtained from the previous steps.

11. Now, click on Connect to HubSpot to finally connect both accounts.

12. Your Freshdesk account is now connected. You can now Set up Sync between both accounts.
