Guide

1. Head over to App Marketplace on the top right. (store icon)

2. Search for "Jotform" in the search bar and select it.

3. Hit the Install app button to start the installation.

4. You will be taken to your Jotform account and to The HubSpot Integration Page. Click on Add to Form button.

5. Create a new form or use Template.

6. Select an appropriate template.

7. Click on the Authenticate Button.

8. Choose your HubSpot account on the pop up.

9. Now, hit the Connect app button.

10. Lastly, click on the Complete Integration button.

11. You can hit the Finish button now; your integration is complete!
