1. Head over to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.

2. Choose 'Integrations' from the list of options.

3. Subsequently, tap 'App Store' to proceed.

4. Search for the name of the chatbot you prefer to use, then select it from the recommended matches.

5. After that, click 'Install Now'.

6. Following that, click 'Authorize Access' and then log in to your chatbot account.

7. Select the bot you wish to integrate and click 'Connect'.

8. After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated with the selected chatbot app. You may now customize its functions based on your preference.
