1. Go to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.

2. Choose 'Integrations' from the list of options.

3. Subsequently, tap 'App Store' to proceed.

4. Find and select the specific app you want to integrate.

5. After that, click 'Install Now'.

6. Read the terms carefully, then click 'Authorize Access' to agree and grant the necessary permissions.

7. Subsequently, click 'Go To Settings' to establish the connection.

8. Log in to your account or provide your API credentials.

9. Following that, accept the terms and allow the necessary permissions. In this case, simply click 'Continue'.

10. After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated with the selected application.
