1. Go to the top menu bar, then click 'Integrations'.

2. After that, find Intercom from the available integration choices and click its corresponding 'Set Up' button.

3. Tap 'Connect to Intercom' and then sign in to your active account.

4. Subsequently, tap 'Authorize Access' to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.

5. Configure the available integration settings based on your preference.

6. Once done, click 'Save and Turn On' to proceed.

7. After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated with Delighted.
