1. Navigate to the left-side panel, then click 'App Store'.

2. Search for 'Jira' and then select the integration you want to activate.

3. Following that, click 'Install Now' to proceed.

4. Read the terms and then tap 'Authorize Access'.

5. Subsequently, log into your Jira account and click 'Accept' afterwards to grant the necessary permission.

6. After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated instantly with Jira.
