1. Head over to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.

2. Pick 'Integrations' from the list of options.

3. Subsequently, tap 'App Store' to proceed.

4. Search for 'Jira' and select 'Jira Cloud' from the suggested results.

5. Following that, click 'Install Now'.

6. Tap 'Authorize Access' and then log into your active Jira account.

7. Subsequently, click 'Accept' to agree with the terms and grant the necessary permissions.

8. After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated with Jira Cloud.
