1. Head over to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.

2. Choose 'Integrations' from the list of options.

3. Subsequently, tap 'App Store' to continue.

4. Search for 'Salesforce' and select it from the suggested results.

5. After that, click 'Install Now'.

6. Click 'Authorize Access' and then log in to your active Salesforce account.

7. Following that, tap 'Allow' to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.

8. After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated with Salesforce.
