How to Integrate Intercom with Teamgate CRM

  1. On Teamgate's main dashboard, head over to the top-right corner and click the 'Profile' icon.

  2. Tap 'Settings' to proceed.

  3. After that, select 'Additional Features' from the list of options.

  4. Tap 'Integrations'.

  5. Subsequently, find 'Intercom' and then switch on its corresponding toggle button. Once done, log in to your active account.

  6. Click 'Authorize Access' afterwards to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.

  7. After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated with Teamgate CRM.
