1. Head over to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.

2. Choose 'Integrations' from the list of options.

3. Subsequently, tap 'App Store' to proceed.

4. Search for 'Zoho Desk' and pick it from the recommended matches.

5. After that, click 'Install Now'.

6. Tap 'Authorize Access' and then log in to your Zoho Desk account.

7. Read the terms afterwards, then click 'Accept' to agree and grant the necessary permissions.

8. After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated with Zoho Desk.
