1. Sign in to your Microsoft account and in your dashboard, go to the ellipsis icon located at the left hand menu.

2. Select 'Genesys Cloud' from the results.

3. Follow the setup process and log in to your Genesys Cloud account to connect it to Microsoft Teams and click 'Log In'.

4. Click 'Authenticate' to allow Genesys access to your Microsoft Teams.

5. Once you have successfully authenticated Genesys with Microsoft Teams, click 'Launch Genesys Cloud'.

6. By following these steps, you can try to test calling and chat functionalities to ensure that users can transfer calls and collaborate across platforms.
