1. In Make, click 'Create a new scenario' to start building your automation workflow.

2. In the scenario editor, search for 'GitHub' and click on it.

3. Add GitHub to your scenario and select a trigger.

4. When you select a trigger, Make will ask you to authenticate GitHub. Click 'Authorize integromat'.

5. Customize your scenario by adding the relevant details for your Github and click 'OK' to proceed.

6. Add and authenticate Microsoft Teams by signing in and granting access to Make.

7. Choose what action you want to perform in Microsoft Teams.

8. Set up a scenario where an action in GitHub results in an action in Microsoft Teams and click 'OK' to proceed.

9. Click 'Run Once' to test the integration.

10. By integrating GitHub with Microsoft Teams, your team can stay informed about development activities, and issue progress, all within the Teams platform.
