1. Go to your Salesforce website and click 'Teams integration'.

2. Toggle to enable the integration features.

3. Click 'Assign Permission Sets'.

4. Select 'Manage Assignments'.

5. Click 'Add Assignments' or select a user.

6. Go to your Microsoft Teams account and click the add icon to add a tab to your Microsoft Teams.

7. Search for 'Salesforce' and click on it.

8. Click the drop down arrow to select a Salesforce record and pin it as a custom tab.

9. That's it! You have successfully integrated Microsoft Teams with Salesforce.
