Guide

1. Open your ServiceNow account and go to the 'Filter navigator' button.

2. Search for 'Flow Designer' and click on it.

3. Click the '+Next' button and select 'Flow'.

4. Add a trigger by clicking 'Select to add a trigger' button.

5. Fill in the details of your flow based on your requirements and click 'Submit.

6. Select a trigger.

7. Click 'Done' once the trigger and condition are set.

8. Click the add icon to create the action for your flow.

9. Select 'Microsoft Teams' as your action.

10. Select a webhook for your Microsoft Teams.

11. Customize your action details and click 'Done'.

12. Click 'Save' to apply changes.

13. Click 'Activate' to run your flow.

14. Select 'OK' to confirm the action.
