How to Integrate Microsoft Teams with Smartsheet



Guide

  1. Go to your Make.com dashboard, click on '+Create a new scenario'.

  2. In the scenario editor, click the add icon, search for 'Smartsheet' and click on it.

  3. Select a trigger event for Smartsheet, depending on what event you want to trigger this integration.

  4. Click 'Create a webhook' to connect Make with Smartsheet.

  5. Click 'Create a connection'.

  6. Sign in to your Smartsheet account via Make and give it the necessary permissions by clicking 'Allow'.

  7. Select the sheet or rows you want to work with and set any required filters.

  8. Click 'Save' to proceed.

  9. After setting the trigger with Smartsheet, add a second module by clicking the add icon and click 'Microsoft Teams'.

  10. Select the action you want for Microsoft Teams.

  11. Set up the workflow to define how Smartsheet triggers should result in actions in Microsoft Teams and click 'OK'.

  12. After configuring both modules, run a test by clicking 'Run once' to ensure the integration works correctly.
