1. Navigate to the top menu panel of the board and then click 'Integrate'.

2. Browse the available integration options and then select 'Mailchimp'.

3. Select your preferred integration template, then click the 'Add to Board' button inside.

4. Click 'Connect' to continue.

5. Provide your Mailchimp user credentials and click 'Log In' afterwards.

6. Subsequently, click 'Allow' to agree with the terms and grant the necessary permission.

7. After completing these steps, you will be redirected to the customization page of your selected integration template, indicating that your monday.com has been successfully connected to Mailchimp.
