1. Visit the Zapier website, click 'Create'.

2. Click 'Trigger'.

3. Search and select 'Monday.com' as the trigger app.

4. Choose a trigger event based on your requirements.

5. Select a value for Board ID.

6. Search and select 'Github' as the action app.

7. Select the action event for your action app.

8. Sign in and connect your Github account.

9. Click 'Authorize zapier' to grant Zapier access to your Github account.

10. Once you have connected Github with Zapier, click 'Continue'.

11. Configure the data from Monday to Github and click 'Continue'.

12. Click 'Test step'.

13. Once the zap has been tested click 'Publish'.
