How to Integrate PagerDuty with Zendesk

On the Admin Center tab, navigate to the left-side panel and click 'Apps and Integrations'.
Select 'Zendesk Support Apps' from the list of options under the Apps section.
After that, tap 'Marketplace'.
Search for 'PagerDuty' and select it from the provided results.
Subsequently, tap 'Install' to proceed.
Enter your Zendesk subdomain, then click 'Install'.
Configure the installation settings accordingly and provide the required information. Once done, tap 'Install'.
Go to Zendesk's main dashboard afterwards, then click the PagerDuty icon on the top menu bar.
Following that, tap 'Log In to PagerDuty'.
Finally, provide your PagerDuty user credentials and click 'Sign In' to finish and activate the integration of your PagerDuty and Zendesk accounts.
