Guide

1. Click 'Create' and select 'Zap' to start automation.

2. Click 'Trigger'.

3. Search and select 'Slack' as the trigger app.

4. Choose a trigger event based on your requirements.

5. Log in and authorize Zapier to access your Slack account.

6. Click 'Test trigger'.

7. Search and select 'Cognito Forms' as the action app.

9. Click 'Sign in' to connect your Cognito Forms account to Zapier.

10. Click 'Authorize Organization'.

11. Once you have connected Zapier with Cognito Forms, click 'Continue'.

12. Map the data from Slack to Cognito Forms and click 'Continue'.

13. Click 'Test step'.

14. Name your Zap by clicking the 'Untitled Zap'.

15. Once everything is set up correctly, turn on your Zap to enable the integration by clicking 'Publish'.
